<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">&ldquo;Finding Light in Darkness&rdquo;&nbsp;</strong>is our theme this month. Many people call grief a time of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">darkness</strong> &ndash; our moods and emotions feel heavy and dark. One way to <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">find light in</strong> that <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">darkness </strong>is to practice gratitude. It&rsquo;s been said that grief and gratitude are opposite sides of the same coin. We grieve the people we felt gratitude towards. These moments of gratitude can bring both comfort and sadness as we feel grateful for the good times, but grief that they are no longer here. Gratitude becomes the <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">light in </strong>the<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> darkness </strong>of grief. </span></p>
