<p>This month our theme is&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Harvesting Your Thoughts.&rdquo;</strong>&nbsp;When we&rsquo;re grieving the loss of a loved one, we have many<strong>&nbsp;thoughts</strong>&nbsp;and emotions. What we may not recognize is that the two are connected. Our&nbsp;<strong>thoughts</strong>&nbsp;can affect our emotions and vice versa. According to the Greater Good Science Center at Berkeley, it&rsquo;s important to allow our difficult emotions as well as believe that we can use strategies to help us handle these emotions. This month we&rsquo;ll talk about some of these strategies.</p>
