Continuing with our theme of Yearning to Exhale, when Im in a stressful situation, I often notice myself sighing and letting out deep exhales. Im not sure why, but my body yearns to exhale in this way. Maybe its one of the ways my body is letting me know that what Im experiencing is a lot and I need to breathe deeply. Breathing deeply helps me slow down and be present. And my presence is the best thing I can bring to any situation.
