<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Last week we talked about being gentle with our <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">hearts</strong> as we <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">reflect</strong> on our deceased loved ones, as well as finding things that bring us joy. The dual process model of grief includes times of engaging with loss, alternating with times of engaging with life. Some people schedule these different times into their calendars. Others engage with them as they arise. I encourage you to find what works for you. </span></p>
