Chasing Life when were grieving can be as simple as paying attention to our breath. Breathing is the very foundation of life and so often were on autopilot and not even aware of it. Add grief to that, and were really unaware. When we return to our breath and our bodies, it brings us into the moment. In the moment is where life is with all of its emotions, feelings, sensations, and experiences. We dont have to chase life when were living it moment to moment. Remember your breath to return to your life.
