Continuing with our theme of Befriending Anger using the letters of the word anger, this week the N stands for notice. When were feeling anger, notice how we experience it in our bodies. Are our stomachs tied in knots, our shoulders tight, our teeth clenched? If we cant catch the beginning of anger in our heads, maybe our bodies can remind us. Once we notice the anger, we move to G and gather. Next weeks post will describe that in more detail.
