<p>This month we&rsquo;re talking about our theme,&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Yield to Your Grief Journey.&rdquo;&nbsp;</strong>The&nbsp;<strong>grief journey</strong>&nbsp;is dark and hard so it might feel counterintuitive to&nbsp;<strong>yield</strong>&nbsp;to it. But as the expression goes, in order to heal it you have to feel it. I recently read an article on the website,&nbsp;<strong><a href="http://www.whatsyourgrief.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.whatsyourgrief.com</a></strong>&nbsp;in which cofounder Litsa Williams wrote, &ldquo;&hellip;<strong>grief</strong>&nbsp;IS the healing.&rdquo; I like that wording. If&nbsp;<strong>grief</strong>&nbsp;IS the healing, then we definitely want to&nbsp;<strong>yield to</strong>&nbsp;that&nbsp;<strong>journey</strong>.&nbsp;</p>
