<p>We wish you a meaningful New Year&rsquo;s Day! If you are creating New Year&rsquo;s resolutions today, we encourage you to create some intentions as well. Resolutions are usually specific and measureable whereas intentions are more qualitative. A resolution might be to exercise six days each week, and an intention might be to listen to our bodies and be gentle with ourselves. When you&rsquo;re grieving, you might need to have resolutions and intentions. Both can help.
