We wish you a meaningful New Years Day! If you are creating New Years resolutions today, we encourage you to create some intentions as well. Resolutions are usually specific and measureable whereas intentions are more qualitative. A resolution might be to exercise six days each week, and an intention might be to listen to our bodies and be gentle with ourselves. When youre grieving, you might need to have resolutions and intentions. Both can help. Next week well talk about resolutions and intentions when were running on empty in grief.
