<p>As we continue with our theme of&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Ask Your Heart/Quiet Your Thoughts,&rdquo;</strong>&nbsp;I want to talk about ways to&nbsp;<strong>quiet your thoughts</strong>&nbsp;so you can&nbsp;<strong>ask your heart</strong>. The first way that comes to mind is to breathe. Breathing is powerful. When you slow down and focus on your breathing, it helps to take you out of our head, into your body and soul, and allow you to then listen to&nbsp;<strong>your</strong>&nbsp;<strong>heart</strong>. As you listen to&nbsp;<strong>your heart</strong>, you will likely become present to your grief and as I&rsquo;ve said before, just like David Frost wrote, &ldquo;The best way out is always through.&rdquo;</p>
