As grievers entering the holiday season, its important to find Supportive Spaces. Supportive spaces are places where we can be authentic -- feel what we need to feel, do what we need to do, and say what we need to say. Grief is what we feel on the inside, and mourning is moving it to the outside. Supportive spaces help us feel comfortable mourning. Sometimes these spaces are when were with other people, and sometimes they are when were all alone. Its all about finding what works for us at any given moment.
